  • Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly with a 3-day refund policy from the date of subscription activation.
  • Annual Subscription: Billed annually with a 3-day refund policy from the date of subscription activation.

1.2 One-Time Service Packages: Woistudio also provides one-time service packages, subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Monthly Subscription: Renewed monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

2.2 Annual Subscription:

  • Subscribers may pause their subscription for up to one month per year without any charge.
  • For any additional pause beyond the free one-month period, a fee of $100 per month will apply.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Woistudio provides a 3-day refund policy for both monthly and annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within the first 3 days of your subscription activation.

3.2 Refunds are not available for one-time service packages unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Billing and Payment

4.1 Billing Cycle: Your subscription will renew automatically based on the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase (monthly or annual). You authorize Woistudio to charge your payment method on the billing date for the agreed-upon amount.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. You agree to keep your payment information accurate and up-to-date.

4.3 Failed Payments: If payment fails for any reason, your subscription will be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

5. Account Management

5.1 Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including passwords. Woistudio is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

5.2 Subscription Pausing and Reactivation (Annual Subscriptions Only): Annual subscribers may pause their subscription once per year for up to one month without additional charges. Any further pauses will incur a $100 fee per month.

Woistudio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any modified terms.

7. Termination

Woistudio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
